Transit media company names N.J. leader

By ,

Titan, a media company specializing in transit advertising, announced a new general manager for its New Jersey market on Monday.

Ken Kiczales was named vice president, general manager for the region, Titan said in a news release. He will be responsible for growing Titan’s traditional out-of-home advertising and ensuring that all staff members are prepared for the upcoming TAB Transit Ratings demographic system, Titan said.

"We are very pleased that Ken has joined Titan," Jamie Lowe, chief sales officer, said in the release. "In the short time he has been with us, he is already making a real impact on our New Jersey transit business. He is a team player with a significant media background, and we are excited for our future with him."

Titan has an advertising partnership with NJ Transit that covers the entire state, including bus, light rail and digital media. The two recently agreed to test beacon technology in 10 stations to improve rider experience and grow advertising revenue, Titan said.
