Alfred Sanzari Enterprises announced Thursday that Dress Barn has renewed its lease at the Summit Plaza in Hackensack.

Alfred Sanzari, also based in Hackensack, said in a news release that the women’s clothing retailer has been a tenant of the 100,000-square-foot property since 1999. It leases 4,200 square feet in the center at 370-380 West Pleasantview Ave.

“We are pleased to continue our long-standing business relationships with Dress Barn,” Jerry L. Barta, vice-president/director of leasing and marketing for Sanzari, said in the release. “This lease renewal is a clear indication that Summit Plaza is a vibrant location at which both national and local retailers thrive.”
