Acuative finishes takeover of Thrupoint

A Fairfield-based technology solutions provider announced Thursday that it has acquired the international divisions of Thrupoint Inc., a provider of IT and network consulting and professional services.

Acuative now has acquired all of Thrupoint, having bought its U.S. operations in March, the company said in a news release.

This deal gives Acuative offices in Uxbridge, England, and Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, plus extended service coverage in Europe, Asia, Africa and the Middle East, as well as an international client base.
