Old Dutch International, an online retailer of housewares, has renewed its 31,550-square-foot warehouse lease in Saddle Brook, Hackensack-based commercial real estate firm NAI James E. Hanson announced Wednesday.

Kenneth Lundberg, NAI senior vice president, and Steven Leitner, vice president, represented the landlord, Wilbur ’96 LLC, in the transaction.

“We are pleased that Old Dutch has renewed its lease and look forward to its continued occupancy for many more years,” Leitner said.

The property, located at 421 North Midland Ave., has been leased by Old Dutch since 1997.
