Wyndham issues $350M in notes

Wyndham Worldwide Corporation announced Wednesday that it has completed a term securitization transaction, issuing $350 million in asset-backed notes.

The Parsippany-based hospitality company said in a news release that the notes were backed by vacation ownership loans and had a weighted average coupon of 2.12 percent.
