Ocean City bank's parent declares dividend

Ocean Shore Holding Co., the parent of Ocean City Home Bank, declared its quarterly dividend Wednesday.

The Ocean City-based bank’s board of directors approved a dividend of 6 cents per share, according to a news release. The dividend was payable on or about Aug. 22 to shareholders of record Aug. 1.
