To meet demand for its ExportBoost program, New York-based Broad Street Capital Group is opening a series of merchant banking offices, including one in Princeton, it announced Monday.

Broad Street Capital is opening six locations in the eastern United States, as well as 12 international ones, it said in a news release. These locations will be opened over the next 18 months.

The offices will give Broad Street Capital a way to build on its base of U.S. exporters and support partnerships with foreign companies seeking to enter U.S. markets.
