Tri-Co Federal Credit Union, which serves Morris, Sussex and Warren counties, merged into Visions Federal Credit Union earlier this month.

With the takeover of Tri-Co, a $134 million credit union, Visions now has 38 offices in New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania, it said in a news release. The $3.3 billion credit union is headquartered in Endwell, New York.

"I am excited to welcome the Tri-Co membership into Visions,” Tyrone Muse, president and CEO of Visions, said in the release. “Our highly competitive rates, additional services and products, along with the increased office and ATM locations, will be beneficial to everyone — especially, our current N.J. members.”

All current Tri-Co office and ATM locations will remain open, Visions said.
