Pennsylvania Real Estate Investment Trust announced Friday that the Moorestown Mall would be adding some new stores to its lineup.

They include Erdon, a South Jersey fashion boutique; Zeyzani, a seller of Mediterranean accessories and footware that is relocating from Haddonfield; and Orangetheory Fitness, which is opening its first location in the area. The three shops will be part of a high-end “Boutique Row,” according to a news release, and will open by the end of the year.

Also, area restaurateur Dave Magrogan will open a Harvest Seasonal Grill & Wine Bar with indoor and outdoor seating and more. The restaurant, too, will open by year-end.

"I am thrilled that PREIT has been able to bring South Jersey residents celebrity chef-owned restaurants, an award-winning spa and salon, upscale specialty boutiques and a highly acclaimed fitness studio,” Joseph F. Coradino, CEO of PREIT, said in the release. “These new tenants underscore our successful transformation of the Moorestown Mall into an all-inclusive, desirable location."
