Transplant therapy management company buys Calif. firm

A Totowa-based provider of transplant therapy management on Wednesday announced it has acquired a California company.

BiologicTx has a deal for Injectable Therapy Services Inc., which provides transplant and other specialty pharmacy services nationwide, it said in a news release.

"We are committed to expanding our advanced pharmacy, research and digital health services through an aggressive growth strategy on a national level," Darrin Carrico, president and co-founder of BiologicTx, said in the release.  "The acquisition of ITS serves as a hub site for clinical research and will increase reachability to our patients."
