The Bayshore Plaza, a 59,000-square-foot property in Barnegat, is now 100 percent leased after two-long term lease agreements totaling 6,600 square feet were signed.
The new tenants include Luigi's Ristorante and Brick Oven Pizza which leased 2,400 square feet and Greensleeves Boutique, a nonprofit, leased 4,200 square feet, according to Levin Management, the exclusive leasing and management agent for the property.
Gloria Mercado, Levin's leasing representative, negotiated the leases.
“Location plays a pivotal role in the success of any new retail or restaurant venture, and Bayshore Plaza’s outstanding Route 9 address was a key factor in attracting these tenants,” said Mercado. “Luigi’s Ristorante and Greensleeves are excellent matches for the center’s existing tenancy, and we expect both ventures to enjoy great success here.”
Greensleeves is a green initiative of Allies Inc., a Hamilton-based nonprofit organization.
“Bayshore Plaza is located directly on Route 9 North, which affords us great exposure to a growing community,” said Don Tretola, senior vice-president of public affairs for Allies Inc. “This well-established shopping center’s strong mix of tenants and high visibility has all the necessary elements to make our newest Greensleeves Boutique location a success, and will help us to make a difference in the lives of the people we support. We look forward to becoming part of this wonderful community.”
