Ever wonder who the top real estate agent in New Jersey is? Well, here's the answer.
Real Trends, a consulting and communications firm specializing in residential real estate, in partnership with Trulia, has released its 2014 version of “America’s Best Real Estate Agents.”
On the list are more than 9,500 real estate agents around the country. To make it as an individual, an agent had to close more than 50 transactions or $20 million in sales. As a team, members had to close more than 75 transactions or $30 million in sales.
In New Jersey, five of the top 10 agents by sales volume came from Essex County. And by transactions, Ocean and Essex counties each brought two agents to the top 10.
Ronnie Glomb of Better Homes Realty in Morristown was the top professional by transactions, with 153. Glomb came in at No. 4 on the list of top agents by sales volume, with $68.15 million.
Mario Venacio of Gloria Nilson & Co. Real Estate in Rumson was the No. 1 agent when it came to sales volume. His total reached more than $95.50 million. He was No. 12 on the sales chart, with 101 transactions.
The team list had 26 teams ranked, with No 1 by volume being the Sue Adler Team for Keller Williams Realty based in Short Hills. Adler’s team had more than $108.9 million in sales.
By transaction, the No. 1 team was the Robert Dekanski team for RE/MAX 1st Advantage based in Colonia. Dekanski’s team had more than 213 different transactions.
