Andrew V. Bailey II will be the new president of the Services operation for Louis Berger, a Morristown-based engineering design firm.
"Andy has a long history of experience in operations and maintenance, making the transition to lead Services a natural fit," Nick Masucci, Louis Berger CEO, said in a prepared statement. "I am confident that he will lead the Services business to success."
Bailey has more than 30 years of experience in infrastructure development, implementation and sustainment.
He was formerly the group vice president of Global Operations, which transitioned into Services on June 28. The Services company operates in aircraft services, logistics services, fueling and facilities services, global operations and power.
Previously, Bailey has led teams in political and challenging environments, including a USAID program in South Sudan and the U.S. Air Force Contract Augmentation Program with task orders worldwide. He spent 25 years at the Virginia Department of Transportation, and rose to the highest career level there, deputy commissioner.
