GreenLeaf Consulting LLC, a pioneering New Jersey consulting firm for the medical marijuana industry, has entered into a definitive agreement to be acquired by Endexx Corporation, a provider of medical marijuana management and technology solutions.

GreenLeaf provides consulting services to cannabis industry participants in multiple states. It assists with application preparation, licensing and compliance protocol.

"I am excited to collaborate with the Endexx team. My proven experience guiding medical marijuana companies through complex regulatory requirements, coupled with Endexx's outstanding technology solutions, creates a one-stop shop for seed-to-sale compliance solutions for the cannabis industry,” Joseph Stevens, founder and president of GreenLeaf Consulting and GreenLeaf Compassion Center of New Jersey, said in a prepared statement. “I anticipate that our strategic alliance will provide Endexx and GreenLeaf Consulting with new opportunities and synergies that will allow us to continue to significantly grow in our market.”

"Mr. Stevens brings Endexx a high level of expertise in both compliance matters and political navigation in the legal medical cannabis industry,” Todd Davis, CEO of Endexx, said in a statement. “His background and success provide a powerful and immediate presence in the Midwest and East Coast states. The Endexx management team continues to strengthen, and we are very excited to work with our new partner, Joe Stevens."
