JPMorgan Chase Bank paid $14.7 million to buy a Jersey City building it had been leasing, according to a published report.
The 22-story building, at 575 Washington Boulevard, had been owned by the LeFrak Organization, The Record said in a report. However, real estate data tracker CoStar said JPMorgan’s purchase closed June 6.
The building has 838,090 square feet, The Record said.
