SRS names Ciccarelli CEO

By ,

Montvale-based SRS, a provider of HER technology and services for physicians, announced on Tuesday that Scott Ciccarelli has been appointed CEO.

The previous CEO, Evan Steele, who also founded the company, has transitioned his role to that of senior advisor.

Ciccarelli, according to the release, brings 20 years of management and operations experience.  He was a senior executive at GE, where he headed two of the company’s businesses — GE Healthcare’s Services, Ambulatory and Revenue Cycle Solutions.

"Scott is a seasoned executive with a proven track record of business leadership and operational excellence," David Weiss, chairman of the board, SRS, said in a press release. "We are confident that his leadership, experience, and enthusiasm will drive SRS into the next phase of its growth as a prominent company in the health care IT arena."

"I am thrilled to become part of the SRS team," Ciccarelli said. "The company's devotion to customer service and commitment to continual product improvement has helped it achieve a No. 1 KLAS ranking. I look forward to continuing this tradition of helping customers solve their cost, quality and delivery challenges."
