Creative Realities, Wireless Ronin to merge

Creative Realities, which has its operations center in Fairfield, is merging with Wireless Ronin Technologies, the companies announced Thursday.

The marketing technologies companies said in a news release that, after the close of the deal, Creative Realities will become a subsidiary of Wireless Ronin. Paul Price, Creative Realities’ CEO, will become CEO of the combined company, while Scott Koller, CEO of Wireless Ronin, will become president.

The deal is expected to close in July, but is subject to conditions including the completion of Wireless Ronin’s pending merger with Broadcast.
