Creative Realities, which has its operations center in Fairfield, is merging with Wireless Ronin Technologies, the companies announced Thursday.

The marketing technologies companies said in a news release that, after the close of the deal, Creative Realities will become a subsidiary of Wireless Ronin. The deal is expected to close in July, but is subject to conditions including the completion of Wireless Ronin’s pending merger with Broadcast.
