Matawan-based iCIMS, a provider of Software-as-a-Service talent acquisition software, announced Thursday it had named Michael Wilczak senior vice president of corporate development.

Wilczak will lead the corporate and business development teams, handling strategic investor relationships and merger-and-acquisition activities as well as expanding the company’s strategic alliances, iCIMS said in a news release.

"The growth opportunities and chance to develop strong strategies in key areas of the business such as mergers, acquisitions and alliances attracted me to iCIMS,” Wilczak said in the release. “I'm honored to join the company and I am especially impressed with both the stability and the continuous growth of customers, employees, and revenue the organization continues to achieve.”

He has served as a senior vice president at Infocrossing and Wipro, according to the release, and most recently served as managing director of Stratevum Advisors.
