Diversified Global Graphics Group, a Jersey City-based company also known as DG3, announced Monday it has created a unit called Argyle that will offer communication advisory services to corporate clients.

DG3, which provides print and visual communications services, said in a news release that it launched the new venture in order to help clients handle the changing nature of governance and the subsequent requirements for corporate documents.

“Legislative and regulatory changes and shareholder activism have placed a sharp focus on issues such as board performance and executive compensation,” Tom Saggiomo, DG3’s CEO, said in the release. “This has changed SEC disclosure documents, and as such we see a clear opportunity to offer our clients thought leadership in shareholder engagement.”

Argyle’s services will include messaging strategies, disclosure education and drafting, and graphic design.
