Pennsauken building sold for $1.66M

Colliers International, a commercial real estate services firm, announced Thursday that it has recently completed the sale of a 41,400-square-foot warehouse in Pennsauken for $1.66 million.

Colliers’ team of Marc Isdaner and Ian Richman sold 9255 Commerce Highway to Generation Y LLC on behalf of the owner, Helios Creative. 

Generation Y plans to use the property to expand its material handling and light manufacturing division.
