What Christie fails to speak about are the limited number of doctors that are certified to write prescriptions for medicinal marijuana as well as the limited number of applications it can be utilized for. I suspect if the laws were similar to, let's say, CA or a pre-legalization CO we'd be seeing a very, very different level of use. Although based on the budget issues Christie is seeing he may want to consider going the route of CO to start generating some added state revenue.
