Orleans Homes announced Monday that it has acquired three different areas of land to offer three new Philadelphia-area communities, including one in Ocean County.

Wildflowers at South Knolls, offered by OBH Homes Inc., will be located in Jackson Township.  The community will be low-maintenance, single-level living for age 55-plus homebuyers.  Yardley Walk in Yardley, Pa., and Town Centre Crossing in Glen Mills, Pa., will be luxury townhomes.

"We were very fortunate to have the opportunity to buy beautiful pieces of land in these desirable markets," John Evans, president of Orleans' North Division, said in a statement. "It's given us the opportunity to create these three communities and provide hundreds of people in this area with a chance to live the Orleans 'Simply Happy' lifestyle."

The New Jersey community offers 53 ranch homes up to 1,993 square feet with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a two-car garage.
