A Woodbridge real estate sales firm announced Wednesday that it had sold four properties in Bergen County, for a total of $9 million.

The Kislak Companies’ transactions included:

  • A $2.99 million sale in Hackensack;
  • A $2.6 million sale in Ridgefield Park;
  • A $2.11 million sale in Hackensack;
  • And a $1.22 million sale in Leonia.

“The market for multifamily properties remains very strong throughout northern New Jersey and Bergen County is an extremely desirable submarket given its demographics, population density and proximity to New York City,” Robert Holland, president, said in a news release. “In many communities, occupancies are at or near 100 percent, rents are rising, and demand among investors for multifamily properties far outweighs supply.”
