NAI Hanson grows Parsippany office with new hire

    Commercial real estate firm NAI James E. Hanson announced Thursday that Kenneth Fioretti has joined the firm as a sales associate.

    According to the announcement, Fioretti, who will be based in the firm’s Parsippany office, will be responsible for assisting customers and clients in brokerage activities of NAI Global.

    “We are very pleased Ken has joined our team. He has an extensive background in many aspects of CRE and has proven himself through successfully marketing, leasing and selling hundreds of thousands of square feet of retail space throughout New Jersey,” W. Joshua Levering, senior vice president of NAI James E. Hanson, said in a statement. “We welcome Ken to our market-leading retail team and we are especially please he will be working from our Parsippany office. His passion and expertise will be extremely valuable as we have already begun work toward forming new relationships and cultivate existing ones.”

    Fioretti has extensive experience in the acquisition, development, leasing and investments of retail properties. He also has represented national, regional and local owners, investors and tenants.  He’s previously worked with ShopRite, Walmart, Quick Chek, Subway, Chase Bank and Robert Wood Johnson.

    “I’m excited to be with NAI James E. Hanson. I have worked with them in the past and have extensive relationships with many people in the firm. NAI Hanson is noted as having a stellar reputation as a brokerage company and they have great coverage throughout New Jersey’s retail sector,” Fioretti said. “As the firm continues to grow, I look forward to sharing my unique perspective on the intricacies of shopping center development and leasing.”
