Colliers brokers 200,000 sq. ft. deal for Piramal Glass USA in South Brunswick

Piramal Glass USA has leased more than 200,000 square feet of distribution and office space in South Brunswick under a deal brokered by Colliers International.

The brokerage firm represented the tenant in the move to 329 Herrod Blvd., a facility owned by Liberty Property Trust, according to a Colliers news release. Piramal Glass is relocating and expanding from its current warehouse in the Mays Landing section of Hamilton Township.

The new space totals 209,106 square feet, the news release said.

Piramal Glass was represented by the Colliers’ team of Jim Scott and Marc Isdaner, who are based in southern New Jersey, and John Kainer, who is based in central New Jersey.   Financial terms were not disclosed.
