Edison-based industrial real estate firm Bussel Realty Corp. announced Thursday it has brokered the sale of a 33,484-square-foot industrial flex facility in Fairfield.

The property, located at 25 Dwight Place, was purchased by Smart-MNLS LLC for $2.6 million from Ented Associates, according to the announcement.  James Hodgkins, vice president of BRC, represented the buyer in this transaction.

“Smart-MNLS needed the property for its vase supply business,” said Hodgkins. “25 Dwight Place’s location will provide the company with excellent highway access to Manhattan, Brooklyn, Port Newark/Elizabeth and inland routing destinations.”
