Woodbridge Corporate Plaza signs new tenants for 36,000 sq. ft.

Newmark Grubb Knight Frank negotiated two new leases for more than 36,000 square feet at the Woodbridge Corporate Plaza in the first quarter 2014.

According to the announcement, NJ Advanced Media LLC signed 30,383 square feet of space and was represented by Douglas Elliman. N/B Group Holdings Inc. signed 6,375 square feet and was represented by Lee & Associates.

The NGKF Rutherford-based team of Senior Managing Director Jamie Drummond, Managing Director Larry Martin, Associate Director Jason Harkavy and N.J. Vice Chairman/COO David Simson were the exclusive leasing agents for the 630,000-square-foot office complex located at 485 Route 1 South in Iselin on behalf of the owner KBS Realty Advisors.
 
“The activity and interest in Woodbridge Corporate Plaza continues to be strong,” said Drummond. “We are currently in negotiations with several new tenants, as well as existing tenants regarding renewals and expansions, and expect to have additional announcements shortly.

The plaza is now 85 percent leased.  Remaining space is available ranging from 1,500 to 25,000 square feet.
