Larken Associates' The Shoppes at Woods Tavern in Hillsborough is now 100 percent leased after Ultimate Tan signed a five-year lease for 1,543 square feet at the mixed-use retail and office center.

According to the announcement, the 30,000-square-foot property, located at 415 Amwell Road and 438 Route 206, already houses Five Guys Burgers & Fries, Sahara Hair Salon, Pizza Hut, Earths Fruits Yogurt, Kumon Learning center and Koko Fit Club as well as several restaurants and retailers.

“When we bought The Shoppes at Woods Tavern we completely remodeled and repositioned the retail center to bring it up to the standards that we were comfortable marketing under the Larken name,” Robert Marek, executive vice president, commercial division for Larken, said in a prepared statement.

“The Shoppes at Woods Tavern provided us a great customer base from the companies that are already there,” Ana Ricci and Melissa Kasper, owners of Ultimate Tan, said in a prepared statement. “Larken was great about finding us the best location and helping us customize our space to suit our aesthetic and professional needs.”
