Red Bank-based InvestView Inc., and investment education, asset management company and financial services organization, announced Tuesday it has named Jordan L. Kimmel the new chief investment officer.
According to the announcement, Kimmel will be responsible for managing the company’s portfolio and private funds He will also provide clients with guidance on relative risk and opportunities in the capital market.
He has more than 25 years of experience in capital markets, managing portfolios and providing guidance to clients, brokers, the announcement said.
Prior to InvestView, Kimmel served as chief market strategist and portfolio manager for other national independent brokerage firms. From 1997 to 2009, he was president of the Magnet Investment Group LLC.
Kimmel frequently guest stars on CNBC and Fox Business news and also hosts his own weekly radio station, Magnet Investing with Jordan Kimmel, on the VoiceAmerica Business Network.
