Weiss Realty represents buyer, seller in $5.25M sale of retail property in Union City

By ,

Moonachie-based commercial real estate firm Weiss Realty announced Monday it has represented both the buyer and the seller in the $5.25 million sale of a retail property in Union City.

The property, located at 333 Park Ave., is an 11,000-square-foot Walgreens.

“Each town — and there are 94 in Bergen County alone — is a separate market with a variety of edges and appeals to a separate category of investors,” Jamie Weiss said in a prepared statement. “Getting deals done in this environment can be very complex, but utilizing our knowledge of the local marketplace can garner a very rewarding outcome for all sides of the transaction.”
