Tricia Cademartori Hrotko joins Clifton Bancorp Inc., the parent company of Clifton Savings Bank, as executive vice president and chief revenue officer. Hrotko will be responsible for all revenue-related functions, including strategic planning, marketing and sales, product development and pricing, client services and support.
Hrotko previously held senior roles within the advertising and communications industry with companies such as First Morris Bank and Trust in Morristown and Sterling National Bank in New York.
South Plainfield-based Trico Lift, one of the largest independent aerial lift specialists in the U.S., appointed John Bennett, Joe Macrone and Jeff Walker to its senior management team.
John Bennett will serve as Northeast regional sales manager. Bennett has more than 20 years of experience in sales, prospect development and customer retention with companies such as Toyota Automotive, Universal Supply Co. and LoJack.
Joe Macrone joins Trico Lift as director of human resources. Macrone spent most of his 20-year career as the senior HR manager with Mars Inc.
Jeff Walker will serve as Trico Lift’s new safety manager. Walker previously worked with Nooter Construction Company as senior field safety coordinator.
Alison Little will join KPMG, an audit, tax and advisory firm, as advisory principal for the management consulting practice’s strategy and transformation group in Short Hills.
Little previously worked with Johnson & Johnson as vice president of HR operations. She holds a bachelor’s degree in materials science and engineering from Johns Hopkins University.
Parsons Brinckerhoff, a global infrastructure engineering and management organization, named Ronald L. Birkelbach as vice president, where he will provide comprehensive engineering services for rail and transit systems projects in the Northeast region.
With more than 25 years of experience in rail industry engineering, Birkelbach previously served as a director for the U.S. operation of an international rail engineering organization, and was also a previous owner of Kennebec Inc., a transportation consulting firm.
Morristown-based Riker Danzig Scherer Hyland & Perretti LLP hired Allie N. Meyer and Ryan R. Westerfield as practicing associates within the insurance group.
Meyer previously worked with White & Case LLP and holds a J.D. degree from Cornell Law School.
Westerfield previously worked with Mendes and Mount LLP and holds a J.D. degree from Fordham University School of Law.
Case Real Estate Capital LLC, a private direct lender based in Rochelle Park, named Jon Leifer as director of acquisitions, where he will assist in sourcing and closing non- and sub-performing debt acquisition opportunities as well as originating loans.
During his previous career, Leifer completed more than $1 billion worth of property and debt transactions for private and institutional real estate owners and developers, and valuations for more than $4 billion worth of real estate.
Leifer holds a bachelor’s degree in urban planning and real estate from MIT and a master’s degree in real estate from the Johns Hopkins Carey Business School.
Evyan O’Keefe relocated to Cushman & Wakefield’s East Rutherford office as marketing associate, where she will support regional brokers with business development opportunities. She previously served with Cushman & Wakefield, a commercial real estate services firm, in Atlanta.
O’Keefe previously served as the client communications and marketing coordinator for Henry Spiegel Milling LLP, an Atlanta-based law firm, and Evins Communications Ltd. in New York City.
