A Roseland office building owned by Normandy Real Estate Partners will be the new home of law firm Mandelbaum Salsburg Lazris & Discenza P.C., the developer said.
The firm signed a 12-year, 34,000-square-foot lease at 3 Becker Farm Road off Interstate 280, Normandy said in a news release. The 84-year-old midsized law group is relocating from an office in West Orange.
Normandy, which is based in Morristown, said it spent about $2 million to renovate the 117,000-square-foot office property after acquiring it 2012. The four-story site is now about 75 percent occupied.
For Mandelbaum Salsburg Lazris & Discenza, it is the first relocation in more than 13 years, the news release said.
Tim Greiner of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank represented Normandy in the lease, while Marc Rosenberg of Cushman & Wakefield represented the law firm.
