Cushman & Wakefield has leased 6,138 square feet of office space to Peapack-Gladstone Bank at the Glenpointe Center complex in Teaneck.
Alfred Sanzari, owner of the Glenpointe Center, was represented by Cushman’s team of Richard Baumstein, Marc Graham and Christian Politan, according to a recent press release. Peapack-Gladstone Bank was represented by James Sousa of Weichert Commercial Brokerage.
“This is a new location and a new area for Peapack-Gladstone,” Graham said in a prepared statement. “The bank has been expanding beyond its Somerset/Morris/Hunterdon core area—they opened an office in Princeton recently and have been looking elsewhere, including Bergen County.”
“When we began looking at Bergen County, Glenpointe was on our short list—in fact it was our first choice,” Doug Kennedy, president and CEO of Peapack-Gladstone Bank, said in a prepared statement. “The bottom line is that we really wanted to be here, and the Sanzari and Cushman & Wakefield organizations were a pleasure to work with to make it happen.”
The center is a 50-acre, 650,000-square-foot complex of Class A office space, the announcement said. The complex encompasses Glenpointe Centre West, Glenpointe Centre East and The Atrium at Glenpointe office buildings.
And, according to the announcement, the center will continue to grow as it has approvals in place for a new 242,000-square-foot Class A Glenpointe Centre South.
