Commercial real estate brokerage and advisory firm, Wolf Commercial Real Estate, recently completed two lease transactions totaling more than 20,000 square feet.
Laboratory Corporation of America, known as LabCorp, leased 2,200 square feet of premier Class A office space, located at 999 Route 73, in Marlton. According to the firm, the WCRE team of Jason Wolf and Leor Hemo exclusively represented the landlord, RI Greentree Associates LLC, which is a subsidiary of The Rothman Institute, and tenant in leasing the property to LabCorp.
The Rothman Institute acquired the building from Brandywine Realty Trust in 2011 and recently completed major renovations to the interior and exterior, the firm said. With the completion of this lease, the multitenant property is now 95 percent leased with two vacant suites left for lease. One is 1,184 square feet and the other is 2,352 square feet.
WCRE also said it represented Universal Hospital Systems (UHS) in leasing 18,000 square feet of warehouse space, located at 8000 Commerce Parkway, in Mount Laurel. UHS provides medical equipment management and service solutions to the health care industry. The WCRE team of Hemo and Todd Levin teamed up with Fisher & Company to complete the transaction. The property is now 100 percent leased.
