Industrial and office real estate firm Cresa NJ – North/Central, part of Cresa LLC, announced Tuesday it has negotiated a long-term lease of more than 9,500 square feet for Orexo U.S. Inc. at Headquarters Plaza East in Morristown.

James J. Scancarella, principal of Cresa NJ, represented the tenant in the deal, the firm said. Financial terms were not disclosed. The landlord, Olnick-Fisher, was represented by Robert J Donnelly Jr. and Benjamin Brenner of Cushman & Wakefield of N.J.

"After an extensive search of the Route 287 market, we decided that it was in the best interest of Orexo to relocate their office to an area in which employees, visitors and clients can have access to the full range of amenities located in downtown Morristown," Scancarella said in a prepared statement.

Orexo is an emerging specialty pharmaceutical company marketing improved treatments for opiod dependence using proprietary drug delivery technologies, the firm said.
