R.J. Brunelli & Co. announces multiple leases in N.J.

Old Bridge-based R.J. Brunelli & Co. LLC announced Monday it has recently completed a series of leases that will bring retailers, restaurants, beauty and automotive services to sites throughout New Jersey.

According to the announcement, in Elizabeth, Dollar Tree signed a lease for 11,400 square feet of space at 58 Broad St. R.J. Brunelli served as the exclusive representative. This lease follows transactions the firm completed last year for the Dollar Tree stores in Neptune, Raritan, Union City, Belleville, Rosell, Edison, Perth Amboy, Mount Olive, Jersey City, South Plainfield and Irvington, the firm said. All deals were brokered by Danielle Brunelli-Albrecht, senior vice president.

In Union County, Ulta Beauty signed a lease for 10,000 square feet of space at Clark Commons, a 225,000-square-foot center on Raritan Road in Clark, R.J. Brunelli said. The lease was brokered by Ron DeLuca, senior vice president.

Th firm said it brokered a lease for a new AAMCO location in East Brunswick. The 6,100-square-foot facility is located on 545 Route 18. The deal was brokered by Patti Fiore and Joseph Amecangelo, both account managers.

In Marlboro, Petco leased a 13,500-square-foot space at the new 100,000-square-foot Marlboro Commons, located at the intersection of Route 9 and 520, the firm said. The deal was brokered by Bill Lenaz, senior vice president.

Also in Monmouth County, R.J. Brunelli brokered the lease for a European Wax Center at the Raintree Town Center in Freehold Township. The 1,610-square-foot space is located off Route 537 and was brokered by Brunelli-Albrecht, the firm said.

Along Monmouth County's Route 9 corridor, the firm represented specialty grocer Livoti's Old World Market that leased a 12,000-square-foot space at Marlboro Plaza.

As the exclusive leasing agent for Woodhaven Plaza, R.J. Brunelli announced a new 117,800-square-foot shopping center on Texas Road in Old Bridge. The firm said it brokered deals for The Learning Experience (10,000 square feet), Trattoria Ravella (3,775 square feet), Jade Nails (1,600 square feet), and Subway (1,200 square feet). All deals were brokered by Marty Yaged, sales associate.

In Morris County, a Jersey Mike's Subs leased 1,600 square feet within a freestanding former Daffy's store located at 346 Route 10 in East Hanover, the firm said. The deal was brokered by Bill Lenaz.

"The deals completed thus far this year followed a robust performance during 2013, when our team executed a diverse range of leases and land transactions on behalf of tenants and landlords," said Richard J. Brunelli, president of the firm, in a prepared statement.
