By ,

Kimberly Brennan, Cushman & Wakefield's New Jersey market leader, announced Friday that Andrew Schwartz has rejoined the firm as a director in its Metropolitan Area Capital Markets Group.

Schwartz will be based in the firm's Morristown office and will focus on middle-market investment transactions in the $2-5 million range, said Brennan.

"We are pleased to once again have Andy in our ranks," said Brennan. "He began his career at Cushman & Wakefield, and after spending the past 15 years on Wall Street, brings a wealth of financial knowledge and experience to his new position."

Brennan said Schwartz initially joined the firm in 1985 as a broker in industrial sales and office leasing for eight years before leaving for Wall Street. Most recently, he worked at Abel Noser, an agency broker and quantitative analysis firm.

"Cushman & Wakefield was the ideal match between my professional desire and the CMG's need to expand their focus on the growing opportunity in middle-market investments," Schwartz said.

Based in East Rutherford, Cushman & Wakefield's Metropolitan Capital Markets Group specializes in investment sales of office, industrial, multifamily and retail properties throughout New Jersey.
