Tess Morgan, a division of Periwinkle Boutique in New York, will be opening a 3,335-square-foot Jersey-based store in Simon Property Group's Livingston Mall this summer.

Elizabeth DiDuca, area director of marketing and business development for Livingston Mall and Rockaway Townsquare, said in a press release that the store will offer loyal customers another place to shop for their favorite products. Tess Morgan will join more than 103 specialty stores in the mall.

"We are thrilled to open New Jersey's first Tess Morgan store location," DiDuca said. "Shoppers will always find the most sought-after quality merchandise they've come to expect from Livingston Mall, and we're confident that this new arrival will further add to that selection."

Tess Morgan will feature jewelry from Pandora, Alex and Ani, and CRISLU, a brand popular with celebrities for its lifetime guarantee. The boutique-like setting will also feature Swarovski, Brighton's hand-crafted collection, and Vera Bradley handbags and accessories.

Matthew Goldfarb, Partner and General Manager of Periwinkle Boutique, spoke of the company's good relationship with Simon Property Group and how they selected Livingston Mall for their first move into New Jersey.

"It felt consistent with what we currently offer in our Queens and Long Island stores," Goldfarb said. "We believe that the Livingston Mall property has a lot of potential and that Simon will do a great job bringing in other desired tenants to improve the entire shopping center."

Periwinkle Boutique is a family-owned business run by three siblings from the Goldfarb family—Matthew, a current graduate student at NYU Stern; Mollie, former VP of Branding for Ivanka Trump Fine Jewelry; and Tess, a current graduate student at Columbia University.
