Integra LifeSciences appoints Augusti as new CVP, president

Plainsboro-based Integra LifeSciences Holdings Corporation announced Tuesday that Mark Augusti has joined the company as CVP, president, orthopedics and tissue technology.

Augusti will be responsible for managing the Spine and Extremities division, including strategic director, portfolio management and evaluation of corporate development opportunies, the company said in a recent press release.

He has more than 25 years of experience in orthopedics and medical technology management. Prior to joining Integra, he served as CEO at Bioventus, the release said.
