Nistica signs 20,580 sq. ft. lease in Bridgewater

By ,

Washington, D.C.-based real estate services provider Cassidy Turley announced Monday it leased a 20,580-square-foot space in Bridgewater to Nistica.

The new extension and expansion at 745 Route 202-206 will give Nistica, an optical subsystem company, the entire floor of the Whitestar Advisors-owned office building, according to a recent press release.

Warren Searles and Charles Parmelli, vice presidents and principals of Cassidy Turley, represented Nistica in the transaction.  John Osborn of Berman Real Estate Group represented the owner.  Financial terms were not disclosed.

Nistica was already headquartered in the building but needed addition space.  The expansion is expected to be completed in the next 12 months.
