Woodbridge-based real estate investment firm Onyx Equities announced Friday that Alliant Technologies LLC has leased 17,602 square feet of Morristown office space in the Mount Kemble Corporate Center.
The company will occupy the first and second floors at 350-360 Mount Kemble Ave., a 229,500-square-foot Class A complex in the Morristown submarket.
The property is owned by a partnership between Onyx and Artemis Real Estate Partners with plans to reintroduce it to the marketplace after making a number of capital improvements.
Jared Minatelli, Onyx's senior vice president of asset management, and Adam Karafiol, senior vice president of leasing, represented ownership in the transaction. Cushman & Wakefield's Marc Trevisan, executive vice president, and Mark Zaziski, broker, represented the tenant.
Karafiol said Alliance was attracted to the complex because of its "stable, well-capitalized ownership and rental rates that are below the competitive set in the submarket."
Onyx also recently completed two other leases at Mount Kemble.
Swett & Crawford Group leased 7,389 square feet of space and was represented by James Scancarella and Bob Misdom of Cresa. Heritage Abstract leased 5,211 square feet of space and was represented by William O'Keefe and Kelsey Nakamura of Cassidy Turley.
