Morristown-based The Hampshire Cos. sells six industrial units in Colorado

Private real estate firm The Hampshire Companies announced Wednesday the sale of six industrial condominium units in Wheat Ridge, Colo.

The six units total 26,871 square feet and were sold to The Phoenix Limited Partnership, according to a recent press release. Financial terms were not disclosed.

Ted J. Blank of Ted Blank and Associates Inc. in Englewood, Colo. represented the buyer in the transaction, the release said. Jeremy Records and Brad Cushard of Central Development LLC represented Hampshire in the transaction.
