NAI Hanson brokers sale of office building in Little Falls

Hackensack-based commercial real estate firm NAI James E. Hanson announced Thursday the sale of 96 Pompton Turnpike, a 4,500-square-foot office building in Little Falls.

Dominic Fittizzi, NAI Hanson associate vice president, represented the buyer, 96 Newark Pompton Turnpike LLC, and the seller, Maak Inc. The two-floor property traded hands at a price of $600,000.
