G.S. Wilcox & Co. closes $19.95M in financing

Morristown-based mortgage banking firm G.S. Wilcox & Co. announced Thursday that it has arranged financing totaling $19.95 million arranged by David Fryer, principal of G.S. Wilcox.

According to the announcement, the loan was originated with Redwood Commercial Mortgage Corporation with the borrower being Associates of Rockland County LLC.

The loan is for four warehouses totaling 210,563 square feet located in Rockland County, N.Y.  The rate was fixed for 10 years with a 30 year amortization, the company said in a recent press release.
