Vornado to sell shopping center for $260M

Vornado Realty Trust announced Monday that it has agreed to sell Beverly Connection, a 335,000-square-foot shopping center in Los Angeles for $260 million.

According to the announcement, the sale is expected to be completed in the third quarter of 2014 and will result in a net gain of approximately $40 million.  The company’s administrative office is based in Paramus.
