Colliers International arranges 25,000 sq. ft. lease in Woodcliff Lake

Colliers International announced Friday it has arranged two separate long-term leases at 123 Tice Blvd. in Woodcliff Lake.

According to the announcement, the leases total more than 25,000 square feet and bring the occupancy at the 119,000-square-foot property from 70 percent to approximately 90 percent.

In the first transaction, Science and engineering company Anchor QEA is relocating from Montvale, leasing 12,988 square feet. In the second transaction, SeaCube Container Leasing is relocating from Park Ridge, leasing 12,420 square feet. Both tenants will occupy their spaces in summer 2014.

Jason Fray of Cushman & Wakefield represented Anchor QEA in the transaction. Harlan Hollander, also of Cushman, represented SeaCube.

Richard J. Madison, Leslie Meril and Jack Reilly of Colliers represented the building's ownership in the transaction.
