Colliers International arranges 42,000 sq. ft. renewal for Acme Markets in Lawrenceville

    Colliers International announced Thursday it has arranged a long-term, 42,000-square-foot extension for the supermarket Acme Markets, at the Lawrence Shopping Center in Lawrenceville.

    According to the announcement, this renewal is complemented by a major capital improvement program planned for the 393,000-square-foot retail complex in Mercer County. The plan calls for improvements to the roof, facade, and signage.

    Tim Norris, senior managing director, and Richard J. Madison, executive managing director at Colliers International represented ownership in the transaction.  Financial terms were not disclosed.
