Bussel Realty Corp. closes multiple deals in Somerset, Middlesex County

Edison-based industrial real estate firm Bussel Realty Corp. announced Monday it has closed several leasing transactions totaling more than 55,000 square feet of industrial and office real estate in Somerset and Middlesex County.

“Activity by smaller users has increased significantly in recent months,” said President, SIOR Steve Bussel of BRC. “We service all clients from small to large size requirements, particularly in these markets.”

BRC’s recently completed deals this month include the following transactions:

  • Metal FX Films leased 16,006 square feet at 27 East Kearney St. in Bridgewater.  Gregory Irving, executive vice president of BRC, represented both the tenant and owner.
  • Parker 30 leased 14,500 square feet at 2-8 Smalley Ave. in Middlesex.  Emanual Judah, vice president of BRC, represented both the tenant and owner.
  • Superior Importers leased 8,000 square feet at 594 Jersey Ave. in New Brunswick.  Jeffrey Goldfinger, vice president of BRC, represented both tenant and owner.
  • O2 Safe Solutions leased 5,000 square feet at 12M Worlds Fair Drive in Somerset.  Anthony Mircovich, vice president of BRC, represented the owner.
  • Scott Polk leased 3,500 square feet at 4475 South Clinton Ave. in South Plainfield.  James Hodgkins, vice president of BRC, represented both tenant and owner.
  • Glendale Supply Express expanded by 3,000 square feet at 65 Glendale Ave. in Edison. Earl Lapides, senior vice president of BRC, represented the owners and tenants.
  • CorePharma expanded its presence at 250 Lackland Drive in Middlesex by 2,200 square feet. Lapides represented the owner and tenant.
  • Vils Pharma Coating leased 1,500 square feet at 143 Glendale Ave. in Edison.  Lapides represented the owner and tenant.
  • Thompson Touch leased 1,500 square feet at 59 Glendale Ave. in Edison. Lapides represented the owner and tenant.
