Sitar Realty announces more than $4.5M in real estate transactions

    Iselin-based Sitar Realty Company announced Monday the following real estate transactions:

    The $2.8 million sale of the 36,000-square-foot retail building at 803 Main St. in Belmar, from HJB Associates to MB1 Belmar LLC.  Robert JanTausch and Gregg Nowell represented both the purchaser and the seller.

    The $830,000 sale of a 13,000-square-foot retail building at 1209 Route 35 in Ocean, from Gilad Associates LLC to 1209 Route 35 LLC.  Helena Loelius and Susan Burger represented the seller.

    The $935,000 sale of a 7,500-square-foot office building at100-108 Main St. in Allenhurst, from Linpo LLC to FJM Holdings.  Allacen Jennings represented the seller.

    Ergo Phobia LLC leased 8,600 square feet of retail space from Kirk and Lisbeth Larson at 2138 Bridge Ave. in Point Pleasant. JanTausch and Brian Schrader represented the landlord and John Shibles represented the tenant.

    Hope Center of New Jersey leased 2,650 square feet of office space from Wallace & Son Properties at 413 Railroad Square in Point Pleasant.  JanTausch and Schrader represented the landlord and William Sitar Jr. and JanTausch represented the tenant.
