McGraw-Hill leases new space in East Windsor

By ,

McGraw-Hill Education has leased 23,200 square feet at 104 Windsor Center Drive in East Windsor as it relocates within the township, brokers involved with the deal said Monday.

The deal by the global digital learning company brings the 68,000-square-foot building to full occupancy, according to Colliers International, which represented landlord ML7 Windsor LLC in the deal. The property, which is off Princeton-Hightstown Road near Route 130, is a renovated office and research building.

Thomas Romano, executive managing director in Colliers’ Princeton office, represented ML7, Colliers said in a news release. Jeffrey Babikian, Nicholas Nemeth and Adam Englander of CBRE represented McGraw-Hill in the deal.
